McCord Conveyor Systems supplies bulk material handling systems for the power industry, cement plants, recycling industry, aggregate industry and for general industry. Our engineering staff responds to customers needs at any phase of a project, from planning and conceptual design through start-up, operations and support services.

Based on your design criteria, desired operational parameters and your own maintenance philosophy, we can help select equipment and systems to meet your specific needs. Additionally, we believe in the KISS principle. We believe that a simple design comprised of off-the-shelf components and accepted designs offer the best solution to the majority of applications. When necessary, we have successfully provided unconventional designs for special applications.

We feel that an important part of the service we provide is to take an active part in the selection and specification of the conveyor equipment required. Often times a customer may inadvertently specify equipment that might cause future problems. We hope to help eliminate performance inadequacies with our interaction in the development of preliminary specifications.

All designs are CAD generated to insure accuracy for error free field installation. Maintenance and Operation manuals (shown below) can be supplied in either printed form or on CD-ROM format. On CD, all manuals, equipment specifications and layout drawings are available for viewing on your computer. The reduced drawing above is a sample of the layout drawings included.
